Virtual Activity – Three Types of Feedback


In my post yesterday, I introduced the focus topic of the week which is feedback. First-line managers need to be adept at giving effective feedback because it is a major leadership tool. Simply put, managers that can’t give effective feedback will not be able to lead their teams properly.

The virtual activity for this week can be used to deliver a short session to introduce first-line managers to the three types of feedback. By knowing the different types of feedback, managers will be able to identify the appropriate type of feedback to give each team when necessary.

The resources for the activity consist of a facilitation guide, handout and presentation.
