Virtual Activity – The ‘What’ and ‘Why’ of Management
The focus for this week is developing new managers and to support that topic I have written a simple virtual resource that can be used as part of a virtual training session to describe what management is. The learning objectives of the resource are that:
- participants should be able to define what management is, and
- describe the purpose of management.
The resource consists of a short group discussion and a video (curated from YouTube) to watch.
